I am charged a £3K+ annual retainer fee to my current consultancy. What annual fees are there with Rorshach?

Typically, £700.00 + VAT per year as a retainer fee. If your fees are substantially more than this then YOU ARE PAYING FAR TOO MUCH. We have a day rate for works undertaken, and all fees are agreed with clients before work commences.

Ok, what’s the catch?

No catch. We believe in being fair to you, and fair to us. Our retainer fee includes quarterly health, safety, environmental legal updates, and NR related standard updates. Relevant legislative or regulatory alerts or updates as they occur are included in this. There is also a quarterly newsletter with a roundup of updates, HSE campaigns, risk management features, and an ongoing masterclass in crisis and risk management. We will also act as your health, safety, quality, risk, and environmental consultants and are on call to HELP YOU.

Yeah, OK, but I can never get hold of my current consultancy! What makes you different?

Because we are not looking for a high volume of clients! We offer a bespoke service to clients we care about – your success is our success. If you need us, we will respond as soon as possible and aim to assist you in fixing what is wrong. This is our core business – HELPING OUR CLIENTS SUCCEED BEYOND THE AUDIT.

Right. But you’re just selling me a management system that I’ll only use to pass an audit, aren’t you?

No. We wholeheartedly believe that a management system is only of value if you use it. If you already have a system, we can support that and will offer enhancements to improve it. If you only want a system to pass an audit – then no need to read any further. Good luck, but you should look elsewhere.

OK, but you do sell management systems, don’t you?

Yes, we do. We provide management systems to be used by the client, for the client, supported by us to HELP YOUR ORGANISATION SUCCEED.

Our bespoke management systems are designed to meet the requirements of the relevant RISQS protocols and the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 standards. We have successfully taken clients through these standards to certification.

Sounds like you’re offering a lot. Are you qualified?

Yes. And then some. We are a Health, Safety, Quality, Risk, and Environmental consultancy. Level 5 and 6 qualifications in General Management, and Health, Safety, Security, Quality, Risk, and Environmental management are our baseline. A master’s degree in risk, crisis, and resilience management helps us support our clients risk management beyond the RISQS protocols. We are trained industrial accident investigators and are IOSH course instructors. We have audited for the RISQS protocols and continue to audit ISO standards for UKAS accredited awarding bodies.
